ASML’s basically the kingpin of advanced chipmaking — nobody else comes close when it comes to EUV lithography. Their tech is critical for all the big players like TSMC, Intel, and Samsung, powering everything from AI to next-gen devices.

Even on the conservative side, their long-term guidance shows solid returns with a nice margin of safety. The bull case with nearly 20% CAGR is pretty exciting for a company this size.

TSMC’s massive capex spend definitely supports ASML’s growth, though slower Intel and Samsung spending and geopolitical risks are real near-term headwinds.

What stands out is how consistently they beat expectations and manage risk cautiously. That track record makes them a reliable hold through ups and downs.

At today’s prices, ASML feels like a smart way to own a cornerstone of semiconductor tech without paying through the nose.
